The Accreditation Organisation of The Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) is pleased to invite the members of ENQA to the General Assemby of 2006 which will be held in Brussels. The General Assembly is co-hosted by the Belgian members of ENQA: Vlaamse Hogenscholenraad (VLHORA), European University Association (EUA), Vlaamse Interuniversitaire Raad (VLIR) en Agence pour l'Evaluation de la Qualité de l'Enseignement Supérieur (AEQES).
The General Assembly is ENQA's yearly decision-making moment. ENQA's role in higher education policies on the European level can not be underestimated. The European Standards and Guidelines were once just ENQA's Standards and Guidelines. We hope the General Assembly held in Brussels will again strengthen ENQA's role as a policy-making association.
